Sustainability and future: Green Hydrogen Project for Acegas in Trieste

Among the many initiatives and projects carried out in the hydrogen sector, we are proud to announce that we have won the tender of Acegas Aps Amga S.p.A. for the technical-economic and executive feasibility design services of the “Hydrogen Hub Trieste,” an initiative that falls under the PNRR call for tenders “Hydrogen Production in Disused Industrial Areas Hydrogen Valleys.”

The project involves the construction of a green hydrogen production plant with a capacity of 2.5 megawatts and the installation of a photovoltaic system with a nominal capacity of 4.5 megawatt-peak (MWp). The decision to invest in these sustainable technologies reflects an awareness of the importance of a rapid energy transition. Reducing dependence on fossil energy sources is essential to mitigate the damage caused by climate change and ensure a sustainable future for generations to come. The project for Acegas in Trieste is a tangible demonstration of our commitment to a sustainable energy transition.
