Designers and engineers wanted. Seingim, one of Italy’s leading multidisciplinary engineering companies, is seeking qualified candidates for more than 50 job positions available in its Rome office.
Entitled “Build the future,” the Recruiting Day scheduled for Nov. 7 from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Nov. 8 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Shangri-La Hotel spaces in Rome (Viale Algeria, 141) will be an unparalleled opportunity for participants to get to know Seingim up close, its values and the challenging work environment it offers. Candidates will be able to interact directly with executives and key team members to better understand career opportunities and present their skills.
The two days of recruiting will be preceded on November 6 at 6:30 p.m. by a Meet & Greet with Seingim President Fabio Marabese who will talk about the Group’s ambitious project.
An ever-growing Group, with 16 operating offices in Italy and two operating offices in Kazakhstan, Seingim has more than 470 employees in the country but aims to reach more than 500 resources by the end of 2023 and 650 by the end of 2024. It also plans to open three additional foreign offices by January 2024, respectively Munich, Basel and Riyadh (Saudi Arabia), to expand its international presence and attract new business in life science, infrastructure and energy efficiency.
The Recruiting Day is, therefore, a concrete opportunity for designers and engineers to grow in a solid and international company through employment contracts at various skill levels.
Seingim, which operates in strategic engineering sectors such as buildings and infrastructure, oil & gas, industrial plants, power plants, energy efficiency and renewable energy, is looking for talent specializing in oil & gas, life science, power generation, chemical and petrochemical, buildings and infrastructure.
