Seingim was in charge for the management of all construction works (trenches, cable ducts, wells, bundle of PVC pipes, asphalting roads) and it was also in charge for all passive components needed for the setting up of the Fiber Optic Network Infrastructure To The Home (TTH) for the delivery to the end user.
