Project description
The existing plant is composed by two identical trains to produce 276 TPD of liquid Sulfur each.
The purpose of the new Caustic Scrubber Unit (CSU) facilities is to treat Tail Gas from both trains (Train 1 & Train 2) of the existing R310, in order to reduce the emission of SO2 to 150 mg/Nm3 on a dry basis with 3 mol% excess O2.
