Hapimag Resort Cavallino, Cavallino-Treporti (VE)

Object

Realization of a 4* resort for the Swiss company Hapimag: 17 single buildings,
more than 130 rooms, with every possible comfort, equipped with photovoltaic,
solar and geothermic systems.

Activities performed

Detail design and technical operations management for electrical and mechanical
plant engineering.

Project description

The resort has been organized in such a way as to place the service spaces
(including the parking spaces) in an underground level, developing the spaces
dedicated to the hotel business above ground: in this way the ground has
been freed from the use of cars in favor of a project that integrates and enhances
the environmental qualities of the site and its specific landscape quality.
The entire project can be analyzed in a function of respect for the land, theterraced
buildings located follow the natural dunes, and the entire complex has
been equipped with photovoltaic, solar and geothermal systems, to reduce to
minimum the environmental impact of the structures.
