Project description
The aim of the project is for the seismic improvement and adaptation, energy
efficiency, functional recovery, and restoration of the building of historical-architectural
interest Palazzo Memmo Martinengo Mandelli directly overlooking
the Grand Canal in Venice.
Building with a surface area of approximately 3,800 m2 and a volume of approximately
18,500 m3 and is composed of 4 floors plus attic; the entire compendium
is subject to protection by the Ministry for Cultural and Environmental
Heritage as a property of historical-artistic interest.
